ICS Taps Roy Saliba as Head of Product & Compensation Business

ROCKVILLE, Md. (February 11, 2019) – ISS Corporate Solutions, Inc. (ICS), the leading global provider of corporate governance, executive compensation, and sustainability solutions to help companies improve shareholder value and reduce risk, today announced the appointment of Roy Saliba as Head of Product and Compensation Business.

Based in ICS’ Rockville, Maryland, headquarters, Saliba will assume responsibility for the executive compensation business segment within ICS and oversee management and strategy for all ICS products across its suite of compensation, corporate governance, sustainability, and financial solutions.

Previously, Saliba was the Head of Global Compensation Products at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), parent company of ICS, leading a team of product managers with responsibility for product strategy and platforms across global markets serving corporations, boards, and institutional investors.

 

Prior to joining ISS, Roy held multiple product management positions with small and large companies including Equity Methods, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and Incentive Lab which was acquired by ISS in 2014. He holds degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
