An Early Look at U.S. Proxy Season Trends

The U.S. proxy season is in full swing, with roughly 4,000 annual meetings (some 60% of the total volume covered by Institutional Shareholder Services’ proxy research team) taking place in the months of April, May, and June.

With a meaningful number of meetings already in the books, ISS looked at emerging trends to help forecast how the remainder of the 2018 season may play out.
