Say-on-pay (SOP) is off to a positive start in Proxy Season 2015, with ISS support up nearly 4% this year.

Historically the percent of companies ISS supports has remained in the upper 80s, yet, this year, we are seeing support cross into the low 90s. (Keep in mind, though, that in most years, the ISS support rate has tended to fall slightly through the end of the year; in 2014, meetings in the second half led the ISS support rate to fall by more than one percentage point.)
