Duncan serves as Managing Director and Head of North American Sales. He has over 14 years of experience in executive compensation, corporate governance, and sales management. Duncan has partnered with hundreds of professionals, from corporate management and boards to their consultants, to provide solutions that improve their governance practices in an effort to attract and retain strong investors.
Prior to joining ICS in 2002, he was the Head of Sales & Services for Phillips Business Information, Inc. (now Access Intelligence, Inc.). For 8 years, he was a top business developer ultimately managing the membership sales and client services for this leading B2B intelligence provider.
Duncan holds a BA in Political Science from Denison University in Granville, OH.
